Very noisy outside - you can hear smoothies being made downstairs and lots of chatting outside the door of the treatment room. But my therapist Agatha was good - very knowledgeable and thorough. Room could do with being a little warmer!

The therapist is lovely and takes impeccable care. The facial is good, the products work very well with my skin. However in my opinion my money would be better worth it if more time was dedicated to extraction and cleansing, because I can apply the products at home. Would still recommend it.
