Staff are great but they use the same pot of wax across multiple clients and only one dipping stick per client so it’s not hygienic at all, especially when you are having intimate waxing.

The massage was ok, but the room was very cold and both of us found it very hard to relax in a cold room. I found it was not a very good value for money. The massage beds are also a little uncomfortable.

Great manicure, a lot of care was taken over my nails and nail shape. It was quite slow though and I was there 20 minutes longer than I expected to be.
