45 minutes just to paint my nails - and despite this none of them were perfect. She applied and reapplied the colour numerous times. I left the salon with paint colour on my skin.
I had booked and paid for a senior technician (there is a five pound price difference between senior and junior ). On arrival was told my appointment was with a junior technician. When I asked for the difference in the money to be refunded, the manager declined. She said there wasn’t a price difference , which there clearly is on treatwell.
