I arrived late due to train delays and the beauty therapist accommodated this which I was hugely grateful for. The Spa pedicure was lovely, I nearly fell asleep! The only thing I'd say is that it is a little expensive for the actual treatment but again, friendly therapist and a relaxing experience.
