Overall, my nails turned out lovely and my technician was very nice. However, please consider having colour samples as the bottle doesn’t really show truly how it’s going to look once painted (even the technician mentioned it).
Also, my hands were not soaked before the whole cuticle clean-up business and it felt much rougher than usual as they were not softened.

It was my first treatment at this place and it was Zahnae who looked after my waxing. Having had this done before, I feel that it was not quite as comfortable an experience (if indeed it can be) than previous. Having said that Zahnae was very pleasant and professional and I would definitely go back to see her again for the same treatment.
