I had a deluxe detox package and it was very professional all the way through. Everything run smoothly and on time. The staff were both friendly and informative.

The staff were initially very confused about the body wrap treatment offered and insisted that it does not include a deep exfoliation (as described on the website). 10 minutes were wasted at the start on deciding on how the service could be provided in the limited time frame, and the logistics as there is no running water in the room. I’ve had this treatment before in the past year so suggested how it was done last time, but the staff said it has changed since then and that the website was out of date. They did the best they could to fit in a scrub before the body wrap but it felt disorganised and rushed and was definitely not the deep exfoliation that I had previously and was expecting from the treatment. At the end of the appointment I asked to give my feedback to the manager and was told that I would receive a follow up call, which hasn’t happened yet.
