I chose Mydetoxdiet Spa at the recommendation of a friend and I was quite please as I walked in as the staff seemed friendly and the space clean and relaxing. However, once the treatment started my opinion changed. I've been waxing since I was 13 so it's become a pain free process. I can say with certainty that this was the most painful waxing of my life. I mentioned it to the beautician who said it was just because it was a hot day. She wasn't making any conversation so I thought it was simply because I wasn't distracted by the usual chat. After the treatment I went straight home and notice that I had several burn marks on my upper and lower legs. There were also several patches of hair left throughout my lower leg and bikini area. I booked the treatment through Treatwell with discount code and paid £15 of the usual clinic price. However, I believe the service should be the same regardless. As I recently moved to Greenwich I was looking for a new regular waxing place - it will definitely not be this one.

Mydetoxdiet was absolutely amazing. Sarah was lovely, super professional and great at chatting through the very little discomfort (which we can all suffer with waxing). I'm so happy I've found this place! Will definitely come back regularly now.
