The staff were lovely and knowledgeable. The lady who did my colonic was so helpful and made what should have been an uncomfortable situation feel perfectly normal. I would highly recommend the weekend cleanse. The Juices were delicious too.

I had a 30 min massage which was amazing. The therapist was brilliant and not too hard (or painful which they can sometimes be). I came away feeling like I was floating on air. The spa is in a brilliant location if you want to relax after a day at the markets and as a whole seems very relaxing. All the staff seemed very friendly. The only small negatives I would say is that the 'relaxing' music playing in the room was annoying as it played the same 3 minute harp solo on repeat.
