I originally booked this treatment as I was feeling bloated. They called me to let me know that they had to reschedule as the lady was unavailable to do my treatment. Although they offered me a full refund I thought I would still do the treatment as I have never done it before and wanted to experience the colon hydrotherapy.
On the day of treatment my bloatedness was gone anyway, but thought it would be good to cleanse and rehydrate my colon. The staff were good but not memorable. The lady who did my treatment was again ok but not as friendly as I had hoped for.
The treatment itself was uncomfortable due to the nature of how hydrotherapy is meant to work. And I will be honest I didn’t feel much change after the therapy. I think if I had went when I did feel bloated there would have been a difference. I would only recommend this treatment if you do feel bloated/gassy but if you’re in general good health I didn’t feel any health benefits.
