I would love to write a good review however I have little good to say about my experience this time round.
Firstly when booking - the woman I booked with was rather unfriendly and actually quite rude. Just tone and her inability to be discuss the best options for me using the iyashi dome and when I would begin the juices. I had informed that I was coming from Wandsworth and to come during the day and return in the afternoon to collect juices was not an options so we need to establish a better way. She was hostile and unhelpful so with the limited information I settled on coming the following day when the juices would be prepared for me to take. Fast forward the following day, I receive a call asking me to come 20 minutes earlier and oh by the way payment didn't go through (from the day before), couldn't understand why as I had available funds. Anyway make my way and arrive 5 to 12 as asked of me only to learn that someone else's treatment has run over and now i would need to wait till quarter past. Mindful of parking I complained that I'd paid an hour's parking and that it would be one big rush (annoyed bearing in mind my original app was 12:15 but moved forward unnecessarily in the end).I was then asked if I could put on another hour's parking. Well of course not. I had a time you move it forward the I arrive and you're telling me that the last ladies running over time and then you want me to pay extra to park. When had I of kept my original time all would have been well. So Harriet ( who was lovely) offered to pay the hour's parking. So I use the dome, annoyed that nothing (unlike any time before) was provided for me to clean up after - shocking. Anyway still calm I come down only to be met by who I believe is the owner. Still as awful as on the phone, hands my my juices and says, 'if you have any questions give us call'. Unintended by this point I took the bag only to get home and see that the vegetable juices I paid extra for (because they weren't supposed to be mixed with fruit) actually we're mixed with fruit and named 'miriam' instead of 'miranda'. The awful character of the owner will have me never return. Quite disappointing after having used for years at different periods of my life. But no one that awful deserves my money.
