Colour wasn’t accurate. Polish applied three times which left my shellac warped and with imprints. It did not have a nice smooth finish. This was a shame as the therapist was really lovely. I did call straight after I got my nails done, as you could tell straight away that something was not right but I haven’t heard back from anyone.

It's a wonderful spa and the team there are really efficient. I found the nail color could have been a bit stronger.
