I'm writing after my second appointment; one for the patch test and the second for the actual treatment - as such I can only talk about the appointments, not the result. Susanne is kind, quick and efficient, the place smells of those nice water evaporator oils, the whole thing felt very professional during both appointments. Great experience.
The machine they use is looks great too, I think the fact that there is just a single arm that cools and yet is the laser at the same time is really cool - although I have never had laser hair removal elsewhere, so I can't compare to anything real, only to the bit of research I did before. For me, there was no pain at all, you can feel a slight prick occasionally, but it is incomparable to waxing (which I used to get done).
I'll update the review or write a new one at the end of the treatment course, to be able to write about any results that have been achieved in my case (although those can be very individual specific)

You’d think paying £13 for an eyebrow wax would mean a relaxing experience by someone who knows how to do eyebrows, but no, my experience couldn’t be further than that!
I have waxed and threaded my eyebrows for 15 years and never had a problem anywhere. At this place, they somehow managed to rip some flesh off in between my eyebrows and then tried to blame it on me by saying my skin must be sensitive. No apology, no attempt to make things right, just an attempt to turn their poor service back round on me. I regularly wax and never have I had any flesh ripped off from my face. I am now left with a red scar on the middle of my face!
On top of that, they actually struggled to wax my eyebrows and left so many hairs behind I had to point it out to them do it properly.
I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will certainly be never going back.
