Booked time out for him and her which included sauna scrub and massage. When we arrived we were told the treatments were for one person rather than two. We explained that the name of the offer indicated it was for couples and the receptionist did agree. She offered to let my husband use the sauna while I had the scrub and massage. It wasn’t ideal as my husband really wanted a massage so I asked if I could book him one as well but they had no availability. Kelsey was my therapist and she really was fantastic. The scrub and massage were both excellent. I would use again but it’s a shame it was so misleading. Because of the confusion they have now changed the wording of the offer but it’s a shame it did ruin the nice afternoon we had planned

Average massage by nice person but with evidently little training, appointment was moved and no apology made, customer service was not good, overall would not recommend-much better massages and experiences around for similar/lower price level.
