I booked in for a pre-holiday bikini wax and was very happy with the results. I opted for an extended bikini wax with hot wax and it was exactly what I was after. Sarah carried out my treatment and was very nice and professional. We had a quick chat about exactly where I wanted the wax line to go and she finished off with tweezers to get rid of any pesky strays.
The facilities are clean and nicely decorated and the treatment room was comfortable and the right temperature.
When I arrived I completed a health questionnaire with the usual questions about medication and skin sensitivity. I also had to sign a disclaimer, which I've not had to do before when getting a wax treatment elsewhere. This listed all possible side effects of the treatment, which I can see might be slightly alarming for anyone new to waxing. I've been waxing on and off for several years and I know how my skin usually reacts. After my treatment I just had some redness which calmed down after a couple of hours, which is completely normal for me.
The treatment is reasonably priced for the area. I have been to another salon nearby recently which was slightly cheaper, but the experience wasn't as good, so I would say this experience was better value for money.
I would happily go back again for wax treatments.

I am a regular customer at this salon and will continue to be as I still rate them. However on this occasion my gel nails manicure was carried out at a really really poor standard. They have already chipped off after 7 days. I hope this was just the one occasion as another member of staff did take over towards the end of the treatment who was a lot better but I feel the care already had been missed initially.
