Loved the treatments - and rebooked for the same in a few weeks time, but was surprised that you insist on taking the full cost of the treatments in advance! I think it will persuade me not to rebook at my next appointment. A deposit would be more appropriate, but there are other, equally good spas in the area, where clients are trusted to pay when they attend!
