Average experience to be honest. I got gel removal and a manicure. The person seemed nice and the colours great but a few of my nails look a bit messy and not very gentle. I could’ve said something but I didn’t particularly want to hang around any longer and wasn’t overly confident she could make it a quick fix. I’d go back again but I’d truthfully request another nail artist.

Admittedly I arrived early, a while 15 minutes but I was offered a glass of water and sat down with my book. When I arrived there were three staff members there, they all presented themselves to me and then disappeared into the back area where I could hear raised voices and an argument. Not great for getting me relaxed for my massage.
My appointment start time came and went and no one came forward despite knowing I was there.
Massage was terrible, interestingly the masseuse appeared to have no idea I had booked, coming in with her lunch to be told by staff I was her client. My star go to the masseuse for trying. I had booked a relaxing massage and said as much to her.
Unfortunately she had decided to play some very loud chanting music on repeat incredibly loudly, so I left with a headache. The massage was focussed on my lower left side and there was no pattern. Finally we finished on time for her, but not for the 30 minutes I had paid for.
There was nothing relaxing in this experience at all.
Utterly disappointed with the venue, wish I could get a refund as the atmosphere I walked into was not welcoming, unprofessional and quite frankly rude. They may say Aveda but I will not be returning, it may have been an off peak appointment but I would rather have had my £30+ pounds back!
