A great little salon conveniently located in the heart of Greenwich. Friendly staff, making sure that everyone was being looked after at all times, offering tea, coffee and water. I had a Spa Pedicure: nails perfectly cut and nail varnish beautifully applied. Will definitely go again!

I had a horrible experience. I had booked a colonic. My appointment was 12 and I arrived at 12.05 having got lost. I rung several times by couldn't get hold of anyone so spent 10mins trying to find it. As soon as I arrived the woman on reception greeted me with 'You're late.' I explained that I had got lost and filled the form out quickly. The same woman led me upstairs and told me that she was doing the treatment. Seeing the tube on the table I quickly realised it was different to the one colonic I'd had before where I was responsible for sitting on the tube without aid. Feeling anxious, I asked if she could explain the procedure to me as it was different to what I expected. She was quite abrupt. Ignored my request and pointing at the scales said 'get on.' I again politely said that I just wanted to know what happens before we begin. I got on the scales and she reminded me again that I was late and she didn't have time and needs to take my measurements first. 'Yes I'll stick the tube up your bum. I don't have time now so I'll explain as I'm doing it.' Having my request ignored and now feeling rushed and an inconvenience, I felt uncomfortable and anxious. She then mechanically read off the sheet of paper the measurements that I could have easily read myself. I said that I would read in my own time to save time if she was rushing. She then asked if I wanted to cancel telling me that she had a good rating on trust pilot and didn't want a bad review meaning she was more concerned about reviews that client comfortability or experience. I said that I understood that starting slightly later meant my treatment would be cut short and I accepted that. It was more important that I was comfortable and was briefed on what would happen beforehand and explained that being ignored, rushed and continuously reminded that I was late and not having the procedure examined to me when I asked was making me feel anxious. I went ahead with the procedure because otherwise I'd have to pay for it anyway. I tried to relax but she was rough when dropping the tube each time which hurt. Halfway in when all was forgotten she reminded me that I was late again and that usually they have more time to do ABC. This made me feel even more anxious and stressed as I'd already accepted my treatment would beslightly shorter and was okay with it. When I asked her to please stop talking about it, the rest of the treatment was awkward and when she left the room she didn't even look at me but at the ground. This treatment was to help me relieve stored anxiety but instead made me feel even more stressed and anxious. There was no care for the customer and I felt like a number while she was clock watching. A horrible experience I'm trying to forget. I will not be returning.
