I had a bad experience as it was the therapists first day and she wasn’t familiar with the products. My appointment was an hour longer that it should have been and I left to receive a call to say my nails wouldn’t dry- this was fine and dealt with professionally but when I returned to have my nails redone I was criticised for not booking a removal & express pedicure (I didn’t book the follow up appointment) & the app was v rushed. Left with a smudged toe after now investing 3 hours in to holiday nails! Was really disappointing not having good nails after all that & a awkward experience
