Overall she got the hair off but it was a very confusing experience. First the therapist tried to upsell me to a sugar wax, I already chose the more expensive hot wax option and you shouldn’t be using strip wax for a Hollywood anyway. Second, she put way too much wax on and didn’t give it enough time to cool, making for a prolonged and painful tug of war between her and the wax. Avoid.

That was the slowest manicure of my life.... it took nearly 2 hours to do my shellac removal and re-application. I booked the treatment before a day out in Greenwich with my boyfriend and he was just left waiting for me while I was stuck in there!
