Unfortunately our therapists had never seemed to have given a hot stone massage before, so were rustling loudly with stones, applying some which were scalding hot or too cold, having them slip off our backs, and whispering instructions to each other. It wasn't even slightly relaxing and though the staff were quite friendly, the salon should not have accepted money for a treatment they haven't performed before.
