I was not totally relaxed so found the treatment was not as helpful as it usually is in other places-but that is because I got used to going to one therapist in a very quiet basement salon! Still a nice environment, but do not rush to your appointment from work- you need to be fully relaxed for the magic to work! Melody put me at ease to the best of her ability, I would not fault her
