Excellent treatment for weight loss, or getting rid of toxins. Nice facilities and lovely customer service
Once again I booked this treatment on the actual day of my wedding anniversary. My husband was involved in a golfing competition so I deceided to pamper myself. The recepionist was really lovely and friendly. She explain what I was to expect and the procedeure of the treatment. After being weighed she left me get undress and then I was to lay down in the dome . Apart from my head my whole body received this wonderful sauna like treatment. After 15 mins I had to turn over onto back to continue with the treatment. It was lovely. The funny thing though was that I actually put on a couple of pounds instead of losing. Strange. Overall I did enjoy and would recommend to anyone to give it a go at least once.

When I went for my Iyashi Dome treatment, they were still located at Waldorf Hilton Hotel.
The reception directed me towards where the treatment rooms were, however it wasn't too obvious, and when I opened the door to see if there's a waiting area, I was surprised to see someone having their treatment inside. So effectively there isn't much barrier between the treatment room and the corridor outside.
The treatment consists of 15 minutes lying on your back, and then 15 minutes lying on your front, inside the dome. The 1st 15 minutes was quite relaxing and wasn't too hot. But the 2nd half was really hot and my body was sweating uncontrollably, but this is good and as expected.
My weight and body fat % was taken beforehand and taken again afterwards. There is quite a difference, but I wondered if it was because the water has been sweated from my body.

Very good value for a taster session, I really enjoyed it. It was a completely new experience for me! Nice atmosphere, lovely friendly staff. I would definitely go again and maybe book more than 1 session.

Suprsing location, tucked away at the back of the gym, but once in the room you could be anywhere as its so cut off. I have been twice to this treatment and both times the staff have always been really good and super friendly.
I wasnt too convinced on the science behind this and the results were poor to non existent, however as they were far apart and you may require more, I wouldnt want to judge the treatment.
