I felt really uncomfortable because the lady doing the massage didn't say much to me then or throughout the massage. I tried to give her feedback about what I wanted but she didn't seem to understand. She spent too long on my legs and not enough on my back although I suggested that was where I needed the most work done. It was really disappointing.

- Lighting could've been much darker for the massage to aid in relaxation, I was looking up to a bright window which made it a little harder to relax.
