The results from my microdermabrasion itself are great. Although the experience wasn't as expected.
I arrived for a 6:25pm appointment and found the spa is on top of a closed shop which was slightly confusing. After waiting for 15 minutes I was seen. Appeared English was a second language for the therapists and was hard to understand when she was trying to explain the procedure. At one stage I could hear the therapist texting on her phone and making sigh'ing noises whilst which I found extremely unprofessional, a lot of fumlbling around for bottles and things throughout made it also hard to relax. At one stage I was left in the room for 10 minutes and wasn't really aware what was going on or if the procedure had ended. Unsure if I felt I received real value for my money here.

Pros: Maria was very friendly. The body exfoliation and massage was good
Cons: the ambience isnt great. We walked into what seemed like a coffee shop selling shakes, salads,etc. We were then directed upstairs to the first floor. The treatment room was tiny and run down. It was so annoying that it was right next to the eating area and toilets. So you could hear people walking up and down. The shop downstairs was also noisy and you could hear the smoothie maker everytime.
Overall, very friendly staff but not at all what I expected.
I wouldn't recommend this place.
