Everything was perfect from the booking, to the facilities and advice I got. However the highlight was the actual treatment and the wonderful lady who so warmly looked after me and attentively conducted the treatment. Amazing results

I went for a Dermalogica facial. I have been to the venue a few times before for a wax and also had two facials previously. I always thought the wax was good but the facials have always been only okay. The only reason i have been back as there are not that many places in Greenwich!
On this occasion i thought the facial i received was not okay. First of all the room was bright and not relaxing, the lady doing my facial didn't even bother shutting the blind. She told me to get undressed but didn't bother providing me with a towel i could cover myself with! She provided a towel only once she came back in the room. No music was played for the first half of the treatment, i guess she realised half way through the treatment...
Anyway i could normally look past all of the stuff mentioned above if i received a good facial, however i felt the facial was done by a very inexperienced person (almost like she was at beauty school still). I asked for a through extraction but was told they don't do that 'type' of extraction as it 'scars your face, and if the spots is already there it's already there'! They only do blackhead extractions.... ! I thought fair enough as i know not all salons perform through extractions, however as she had just said they do blackhead extractions i would expect that at least to be done... she did some extraction around some areas of my face but she certainly did not do blackhead extraction! I also felt throughout the whole facial she probably spent about 20 mins on my face, the rest of the time i could hear her doing something (either making up the mask or gathering the products!) The lady herself was really polite and really nice, but the facial was a let down, maybe she needed more training, but i felt like it wasn't worth the £50. If i only paid £20 i probably would have thought it was okay for the price! The other two facials i had previously were only ever okay but this time i think i have had enough here! I won't be returning!
