I usually have a good experience here but this time I felt like the therapist rushed the job and it was more painful than normal (I have been waxing for years so this is abnormal for me). When I got home I could see a strip of hair down one of my legs that she missed, probably because she was in a rush. Halfway through the treatment the doorbell rang (it was after the cafe had closed in the evening) and she went downstairs to let in her next client, however when I went downstairs to leave it didn't appear to be a client and seemed to be a man she knew, which wouldn't have bothered me had I felt that she hadn't rushed my wax to be available as soon as possible.

I had a lovely therapist (Carina) who was very friendly and professional and listened to what I wanted. It's a shame that this salon doesn't offer mink lashes since they last much longer than the ones used by the salon but overall, this is a lovely salon with professional, knowledgeable therapists.
