I had a Hollywood wax here and it was fine. The staff had forgotten to heat up the wax beforehand so I had to wait quite a while but thankfully I wasn't in a rush. But it was quite painful perhaps because the wax wasn't fully ready. But the lady who treated me was professional and very nice. I have had other treatments where and always had a first class experience, so I trust this was a once off due to an error.

Was happy with the wax itself. Had to wait a while for the wax to warm up which delayed my treatment by about half an hour, this made the establishment come across as unprepared. Waxer herself was really good though (Maggie I believe her name was)

Clean facilities that also offer student discount. Staff was very friendly however the hair was not all picked up in the wax.
