Friendly staff and treatment was good, but noise from outside was a little off-putting (there was a festival in Greenwich that day though so more noise than usual)
Lava Shells Massage
First waxing ever Zara was good and supportive. My only problem is i have developed a very nasty rash to my chest and half my back can't be sure if it is technique or where she needed to go over the patch of skin again with ore wax or whether it is just my virgin skin having a bad reaction. But three days on i still have prickly heat sensation and raised red patches of skin. Think it looked better with the hair on that it does now. But great venue convenient and Zara was very pleasant and understanding.

Second procedure in this place and really liking it so far. The masseuse is very gentle and attentive
Lymphatic Drainage
I am not really happy with the result. Waxing was not done properly. The place is not clean enough, towels are smelly.
