The aromatherapy massage was lovely - really recommend having the 1hr 20mins. My therapist let me choose my oil which was nice and I love the scent you are left with after a massage. A very small and possibly fussy comment but I wasn't given any water after my treatment so I bought a drink afterwards.
I found my visit very pleasant and enjoyable. I was met by 2 friendly ladies, one of which was the Massage Therapist. I filled out a questionnaire and she asked about any specific issues. She showed me to room and was mindful to tell me she had just cleaned the floors and to be careful. She was polite, friendly and clean, she washed her hands before she started the treatment. My muscles were tender and she gave me soon good advice to help elevate the problems. Very happy.
Came in for my second shellac treatment as the first with another member of staff was good. This one was not as good, felt like it wasn't 100% but didn't want to be rude.It started to chips after 4 days.
I called to see if they would rectify this and the manager told me that obviously I don't take care of my hands and it must be my fault and their liability stretches to only 24-48 hours after the manicure, despite advertising it as a minimum 2 week lasting non chip, non peel service.
After complaining she offered to fix 2 or 3 fingers but only during odd peak times which is during the weekday and I have a job like normal people so I dont have time to take off work to fix a shoddy manicure that should have been done correctly in the first place.
I found all of this incredibly rude and offensive and I certainly wont be going back. Have since booked an appointment with another salon. Such a shame. The staff are ok but the manager really lets them down.
