When I paid for an hour spa gel manicure, my nail polish was only removed, my cuticules not done and it was an express one when I wanted to treat myself. Even if the staff that served me was awesome there was a lack of communication and I am quite unhappy to have paid more and gotten less. Won't be back. My appointment was also changed when I called the spa in the morning a few times no one answered either...

Unfortunately I made a booking for 5:30 -iyashi dome however when I arrived I was told that they had changed my booking. To 5!
I had no email or phone call confirming it and spent 25 minutes in traffic to get there.
No one even called me when I’d don’t arrive for an appointment I didn’t agree to, to ask if I knew.
I was sent in my way with the promise of having £1 refunded!
Extremely poor customer service, thoroughly disappointed.
