I’ve been here several times for treatments, this was my second massage (the first was disappointing but I thought I’d give it another go). I was really unimpressed by the massage - first of all, I paid for a 70 min massage and only received 55 mins (only realised when I looked at the time after I had left). I really didn’t rate the technique of the masseuse as it was actually quite uncomfortable (not in pressure, but in hand positioning and technique) and I’ve come away really aching and wouldn’t be at all surprised if I got some bruises - I found myself wincing and almost wanting the massage to finish which is definitely not normally the case!! Also, couple of small things, but it all adds up, they called me after I had made the appointment saying that it was unavailable so I had to move it which was a big annoying, I wasn’t asked if I wanted a glass of water after the treatment and was left feeling very thirsty and the table was extremely squeaky. All in all I came away feeling really frustrated as this was meant to be a New Years treat for myself :(.

This was a really lovely experience - very soft massage totally different from the type of massage I’m used to. But I really enjoyed it and think it was hugely beneficial - I felt brilliant afterwards. Will definitely go back. Thanks!
