Lovely facial, but the staff weren’t great - I was told that as I was late (I had arrived on time but had spent two minutes filling out forms), we wouldn’t have time to do the full services I had paid for, just some of them, and my racialist smelled of cigarettes. Such a shame as I was so looking forward to this treatment!
