I do like The Greenwich Spa and the team are lovely, but they're regularly disorganised and today's treatment (the spa gel manicure) just was not worth £40. Plus the fact my appointment had to start nearly an hour later than I'd booked it because staff arrived late due to the half marathon. I would say a little more attention to detail and careful planning would bring this place up to a higher standard.
