Extremely dissatisfied with the experience here.
- All staff were rude to me, treatment started late and no one apologized for keeping me waiting.
- Treatment room was untidy and cold, and there was nowhere to properly keep my belongings.
- The therapist who was supposed to be giving me me a deep tissue massage was just awkwardly petting my back and when I asked for more pressure or for her to work on knots she said that was the most she could do. Massage was so bad I had to end early.
