Had a lovely pedicure with Melody who was friendly and thoughtful (made sure I was comfortable throughout my session). Good atmosphere and brilliant service. Highly recommend. I'll definitely return for more treatments.

Not the best manicure I’ve ever had. Cuticle nipper was not sanitized and my nails look I did it myself. I expected the staff to be more professional

Lovely experience at the Greenwich spa, as always. I saw one of the new staff members yesterday for my treatment and she was excellent. She checked that I was ok with everything before she started and made helpful recommendations when I asked. Very happy and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
