Overall, I was satisfied. The therapist was really nice and made me comfortable. However, i feel that the session was quite long and could have been a bit more quicker. Other than that, I was satisfied with the treatment.
Ladies' Waxing
A small venue with a bohemian feel. Easy to get into as it is off the main road. You walk into the food area on the ground floor. The two staff on duty were welcoming and offered free drink. The treatment area is up two narrow flights of stairs. As I have mobility issues I was a bit worried it would be too much of a challenge, but it was fine. On the first level there is a bathroom and a lovely seating area to eat and rest. Plenty of natural light in treatment and seating area. I was happy to see the diverse staff mix. My treatment was done by a wonderful black woman, who was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. She made quick work of de-haring my face, and it wasn't too painful. She gave me a relaxing foot scrub along with a very good pedicure. I highly recommend both my therapist and the venue. A wonderful experience all round.

paid for 1 hour in Iyashi dome and received 30 mins. pedicure and facial were ok. Second time using this spa, first time with this beautician and I preferred my first experience. Although I must say the therapist was kind, talkative and welcoming.
