I loved my dermalogica facial with Taylor. I felt very relaxed and my skin was glowing afterwards. Very informative about the products being used and a lovely atmosphere in the treatment room. Will be going back!

Not the best. I booked 2 massages, for myself and a friend. We were put in the couples massage room, without being asked if that was okay. The massage itself was fine, better for my friend than me, but isn’t making me want to return any time soon

I had a lovely experience with Jess for my haircut and blow dry. She took her time to understand what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. The cut is exactly what I was hoping for fresh and easy to maintain.

I booked two massages for myself and my friend at 12.30. Thirty minutes later i received an email confirming my appointment change. Both massages had been moved to 2pm. No actual email or phone call to check if we were available for this new time slot or to ensure I had received and noted the time change. Then when we arrived we were led into the couples massage room. Again, no one checked if this was what we wanted or asked if we were comfortable with this. Just all around very odd!!
