I booked an appointment a few days in advance but got an email from them a day before saying my appointment has been changed. I called them several times throughout the day and had no answer each time. As it was too late to cancel and get a refund, I had no choice but to turn up at the time they told me to and not the time I booked for. When I arrived, I was taken to the treatment room but was told this was not the usual room they do facials in so it took a while for the room to be prepared. Although the facial was lovely and the person doing my facial was professional and knowledgeable, it was clear that they are very disorganised. I am willing to give them another chance but will not be returning if the same problems occur.
