Not the most relaxing experience - the treatment room is noisy and bright, and the therapist managed to drop the stones on the wooden floor a few times!
Hot Stone Massage
Member of staff was lovely, but that was about it. As she was pregnant she modified the treatment-which of course was absolutely fine by me. Actual exfoliation was fine, but experience was poor after that. I had to use a downstairs shower which I accessed by walking past the cafe in my robe. Bathroom had been used by a cafe customer just before me, and we had to open the window and spray a can of air freshener before I could use it after him! This meant it was freezing. Shower itself was dreadful standard. Back massage part of treatment was only fair (techniques used). Overall will never visit this 'spa' again. I'm sure it's fine to pop into for waxing or something, but I cannot believe they charge typical spa prices for treatments they simply aren't set up to facilitate. Ontop of it all you will listen to the chat and clatter of dishes from the cafe. Whole experience was so unprofessional in its set up, and, as a result, so disappointing
Body Exfoliation Treatments
Member of staff was lovely, but literally felt as though she was making Indian head massage up as she went along. Very disappointing and will never visit this 'spa' again
