The wax, while thorough, ran quite late. Good job, but not a great first impression.

What was advertised as 20 minutes took 45 minutes. Place was dead when I got there and they said they were running late. Seemed very unorganised. Added stress to my day as had childcare implications

Natty was amazing, clearly very skilled and experienced. She made me feel very comfortable and went the extra mile with my waxing. I am returning today for my second session after such a nice experience the first time. I would highly recommend getting a wax with Natty for a good experience and great value for money!

She was nice even gave me advise on drinking water as it gives a lot of dry skin..
But when it came to my pedicure she seemed to be in a hurry. The scrub was almost as if she just through it on nd off straight away no rubbing properly. When I asked her to take my dry skin off my heels it seemed as if she was trying to fob me off because she couldn’t be asked to sit there nd rub and scrub it all off.. she just asked me to drink plenty of water and that she can’t do much with the dry skin..
