I was only given 45 mins of the hour treatment i’d Paid for. I understand that filling in the pre-treatment form takes some of the time but the therapist did then take extra time to chit chat to me about completely unrelated things as well as I don’t think that should have eaten into the length of my treatment. I would have arrived earlier before the appointment time to fill in the form but there is absolutely no signposting for the venue and it’s within an office block within an industrial estate so very difficult to locate. iPhone maps takes you to a completely differnent location up the road and despite what the lady said to me, it is within the business’s control to contact Apple/google maps to address this. Or at least warn customers that the pin on the map is not in the right place. Patrons should also be provided with extra details about how to find it given that this is a highly unusual location for a beauty salon within an office building.

Had a body wrap. The lady was lovely and changed it due to my skin type. She knew so much which I really loved.
I had a Indian head massage Aswell with a different lady and I must say that treatment wasn't the best. The routine wasn't the best it didn't feel too good I get a lot of treatments and routine wasnt right for a Indian head massage and the music was too loud. The hot stone on my bell was lovely and the hot blankets that was the only good thing about it.
