Emma has a lot of knowledge and was extremely thorough with my Hollywood wax, the best wax I’ve had and a lot less painful than any waxing I’ve had previously.

Once more a really lovely manicure with the very lovely Michaela. She is always so caring and careful because of the arthritis in my hands and fingers. Always a wonderful atmosphere in Bentley retreat with lovely cups of tea included. Thank you all
