I was lucky enough to get an appointment really quickly. Chelsie was very friendly & welcoming. She has shaped my eyebrows beautifully. Bentley Retreat is always perfectly clean and just a lovely place to have treatments!

I went along with my daughter and we both wanted a couple of treatments each. They originally couldn't fit in my second treatment when I tried to book, but when I arrived, between Emma and Chelsie they managed to work together to fit in both my treatments so was a nice little bonus. A lot of multi tasking involved but didn't impact on the results - very happy ladies x

My treatment was brilliant. Felt very light headed after treatment. When I got home immediately fell asleep for two hours and slept for a solid four hours that night which is unheard of. Thank you Julia looking forward to next week.
