Very polite, friendly, experienced and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. It is so clean and has a great choice of items to buy from face creams , gift sets, wax melts etc ... Always a pleasure to go for a treatment. Great choice of treatments available.

Emma is always thoughtful, and skilled at her profession she cannot be faulted and nor can the retreat in general. Would recommend the retreat to anyone and they won't be disappointed . My nails look amazing.
