My facial was outstanding. I suffer with very congested skin and michelle took the time to patiently help clear my skin. It didn't hurt at all. Despite the amount of time this took I still received the most relaxing full facial with products that smelt gorgeous a hand massage and head, neck massage which was deeply relaxing. Thank you for your care michelle
