Emma is very welcoming as well as professional and experienced. Emma was able to make me feel relaxed and any thought of embarrassment were soon put at ease. She is thorough and efficient and this minimises any pain and discomfort while being waxed. I would definitely recommend her for experience as well as her warm friendly manner. Great results too
