Process went very smoothly. Farzana was lovely. She was very friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me lots of info on the healing process. There is a discomfort but that’s expected with any tattoo type process. Nothing major though. But wow I love my brows. Can’t wait for them to heal!

I had some issues with scheduling and Farzana was helpful. I had prepaid for the service. I checked with her I can bring along my small senior dog who has severe separation anxiety. I was told, "pets are welcome".But 30 minutes before the session, I got a text that I cannot bring my dog along. At this short notice, it was impossible to arrange for someone to look after him. I did NOT get a refund either as the 24h hour period had elapsed. Such a poor experience honestly, not going back there.
