My second visit was extremely disappointing. During the appointment, I was spoken to in a condescending manner, left unattended on several occasions, and made to wait repeatedly. Towards the end of the appointment, Sheetal, the co-owner, proceeded to scream at me out of frustration over a nail design she was unable to adequately execute . After several unsuccessful attempts despite the design remaining unfinished, she stated that she “needed to get me out of the salon.”
