My appointment was cancelled at last minute with no explanation from the salon. I prepaid in advance and then the day before the appointment got an email from Treatwell refunding the booking. No reply to voicemails or emails left with the salon. Really bad customer service.

I booked to get my hair coloured and cut on Sunday morning. I travelled 45 minutes on the tube only to arrive to the receptionist telling me my appointment wasn’t on their system. Apparently they’ve changed hands and treatwell hasn’t updated this… unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do as they didn’t have any more space for another week. So I just had to turn around and get back on the tube home. Waste of time and no compensation for the time or money lost :(

Absolutely the best haircut I have ever had. I have long hair and have had a few scares in the past with hairdressers. The team here were really welcoming, listened to what I wanted and checked all the way through that I was happy with the cut. Ferhan is a genius. He looked at photos of what I wanted on models (whose face shape is quite different to mine!) and translated that to a style that looks amazing for me. Gorgeous blow dry with pin curls. I have never felt more confident and I’ll be back
