Birthday present to me this year… a Japanese head spa 🧖♀️ No big plans. No pressure. Just something I knew I needed.
And honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time.
You go in thinking it’s about your hair… but it’s not. It’s your whole system slowing down. Proper switch-off. No noise, no rushing, just being still for a bit.
The massage, the warm water, the pace of it all… I could feel my shoulders drop within minutes.
Hair felt incredible after. I’ll be back!!

As per always, Zen was amazing! The salon looks great and she’s been helping me grow my eyebrows for about a year now. They’ve never looked better!
